The sidebar on the left of every workspace page takes you to each part of Aigio. Use it to switch workspaces, open pages and tools, and reach your account. On wide screens, a second sidebar on the right shows a small calendar.

## At a glance

- **Open a page:** Left sidebar > Click the page name
- **Open a tool or list:** Left sidebar > Click the group > Click the item > Back arrow to return
- **Switch workspace:** Workspace name at the top > Click another workspace
- **Your account:** Your name at the bottom > **Account** / **Log out**
- **Jump to a date:** Small calendar on the right > Click a day > **Calendar** opens on that day

## What is in the left sidebar

From top to bottom:

| Part | What you find there |
|---|---|
| **Workspace name** | The workspace you are in. Click it to switch to another workspace. |
| **Menu** | **Overview**, **Media Assets**, **Products**, **Services** and **Brand Vault**. |
| **Profiling & Engineering** | Groups of brand modules. Each group opens its own list. |
| **Favourites** | **Social Accounts**, **Social Posts** and **Calendar**, then **Reports & Documents**, **Content Generation** and **Tools**, which each open their own list. |
| **Members** and **Help & Support** | Near the bottom of the sidebar. |
| **Your name and email** | Your account menu. See [Account settings](https://guide.aigio.ai/account-settings). |

## Open a page

1. Click a page name under **Menu** or **Favourites**, for example **Calendar**.
2. The page opens. Its name is highlighted in the sidebar.

## Open a group's list

Items with an arrow (**>**) on the right open a list instead of a page.

1. Click the item, for example **Tools**.
2. The sidebar now shows that list, with the group name and a back arrow at the top.
3. Click an item in the list to open it.
4. To go back to the main menu, click the back arrow next to the group name.

**Tools** contains: **Visual Design Brief**, **Competitor Analysis**, **Brand Copy Chief**, **Content Calendar**, **Web Audit**, **Web Content Generator** and **Campaign Planner**.

## Switch to another workspace

1. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.
2. Under **Workspaces**, click the workspace you want.

From the same list you can also:

- Click the pencil next to a workspace to edit it.
- Click **All workspaces** to see the full list.
- Click **Create workspace** to start a new one.

## Open your account menu

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Choose one of the options:
   - **Account**: change your name or password in **Account settings**.
   - **Log out**: sign out of Aigio.

See [Account settings](https://guide.aigio.ai/account-settings) for the details.

> **Log out works straight away:** **Log out** signs you out straight away and takes you to the **Log in** page. It does not ask you to confirm.

## Make the sidebar smaller

1. Click the sidebar button in the page header, or press **Ctrl+B** (**Cmd+B** on Mac).
2. The sidebar shrinks to icons only. Point at an icon to see its name.
3. Do the same again to open the sidebar fully.

On a phone, the sidebar opens from the side and closes when you pick a page.

## What is in the right sidebar

The right sidebar shows only on wide screens, such as a large laptop or a desktop. On smaller screens, use **Calendar** in the left sidebar instead.

It holds the small calendar, which shows one month at a time. Today has a grey circle. Days that have scheduled posts are shown in **blue**.

## Use the small calendar

1. To see how many posts a day has, point at a blue day. A note appears, for example "1 scheduled post".
2. To see another month, click the arrows next to the month name, or choose a month and year from the two lists.
3. Click a day. The **Calendar** page opens in **Day** view on that date and scrolls to the first post. The day stays filled in blue in the small calendar.

The small calendar updates straight away. When you add or delete a post, its day turns blue or goes back to normal.

## Tips

- The highlighted item in the sidebar shows where you are.
- If a group under **Profiling & Engineering** is greyed out, it has no modules yet.
- Use the small calendar on the right to jump straight to a day. Blue days have posts.
