# Glossary

> What the words used in Aigio and this guide mean, from Approve and Brand overview to Sub-module, Ticket and Workspace.

| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Account** | You as a user: your name, email and password. One account works across all your workspaces. |
| **Approve** | Mark a piece of Aigio's work as final. Approved sub-modules unlock documents and content. |
| **Brand overview** | The report Aigio writes about your brand from your setup answers and files. |
| **Brand Vault** | The page that keeps the key facts about your brand. Aigio treats them as true whenever it writes for you. |
| **Calendar** | The page that shows your planned social media posts by month, week, day or as a list. |
| **Category** | A group of related documents or content types, for example in **Reports & Documents** or **Content Generation**. |
| **Content type** | In **Content Generation**, one kind of content, such as an Instagram caption or a press release. In the **Calendar**, the kind of post, such as a Reel or a Story. |
| **Draft** | A social post that is saved but has not gone out. |
| **Generate** | Ask Aigio to write something for the first time. |
| **Head** | One of the two parts of **Profiling & Engineering**: **Brand Discovery & Profiling** and **Brand Engineering Strategy**. |
| **History** | The list of pieces you have generated for one content type or tool. |
| **Media Assets** | The files you upload for a workspace: documents, images and videos. |
| **Member** | A person invited to work in a workspace. |
| **Module** | A topic in **Profiling & Engineering**, such as **Brand Foundation Strategy**. Each module has several sub-modules. |
| **Owner** | The person who created a workspace. |
| **Platform** | A social media network, such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube or Pinterest. |
| **Regenerate** | Ask Aigio to write a piece again. |
| **Scheduled post** | A social post waiting to go out at the date and time you picked. |
| **Setup** | The five steps you complete when you create a workspace. |
| **Sidebar** | The menu on the left of every workspace page. On wide screens there is also a right sidebar with a small calendar. |
| **Social account** | A social media account connected to a workspace on the **Social Accounts** page. |
| **Social post** | A post you publish, schedule or save as a draft on the **Social Posts** page. |
| **Sub-module** | One section of a module that Aigio writes and you approve. |
| **Ticket** | A request for help that you raise in **Help & Support**. |
| **Tool** | One of the 7 helpers in **Tools**, such as **Content Calendar** or **Web Audit**. |
| **Workspace** | Everything Aigio knows and has written about one brand. |
