Brand Vault

Brand Vault keeps the key facts about your brand, such as your promise, mission, taglines and audience. Aigio treats these facts as true whenever it writes for you, in every tool and every piece of content.

At a glance

• Open: Left sidebar > Menu > Brand Vault
• Add a fact: Add entry > Type the label and value > Add entry
• Change a fact: Click the card > Change it > Save changes
• Delete a fact: Click the card > Red bin > Delete

View your brand facts

In the left sidebar, under Menu, click Brand Vault.

Each card shows the name of a fact and the start of its text. Aigio fills these in from your workspace setup.

Add a brand fact

1. Click Add entry at the top right.
2. In Label, type the name of the fact, for example "Brand Promise".
3. In Value, type the fact itself, for example "We make complex technology simple."
4. Click Add entry.

Change a brand fact

1. Click the card. The Edit entry panel opens.
2. Change the Label or the Value.
3. Click Save changes. The button only works after you change something.

To close without saving, click Cancel.

Delete a brand fact

1. Click the card.
2. Click the red bin at the bottom left. A box asks Delete entry?
3. Click Delete, or Keep to cancel.

Tips

• Keep Brand Vault up to date. Aigio uses it as the truth about your brand in every tool and every piece of content.
