Getting started

Set up Aigio step by step, from creating your account and first workspace to generating content and publishing your first social post.

This page walks you through your first session, from creating an account to your first piece of content. Each step links to the page with full details.

Step 1: Create your account

  1. Open Aigio and click Create an account on the Log in page.
  2. Fill in your details and click Create Account.
  3. Verify your email address with the code Aigio sends you.

You can also sign in with Google. See Signing in and creating an account.

Step 2: Tell Aigio about you

The first time you sign in, Aigio asks what best describes you, for example a freelancer, a startup or an agency. Choose an option and click Continue.

Step 3: Create your first workspace

A workspace holds everything about one brand. Click New workspace and complete the five setup steps:

  1. Workspace details: your brand's basic details.
  2. Brand assets: files you already have, such as brand guidelines or decks.
  3. Brand discovery: questions Aigio writes for your brand.
  4. Missed information: anything the questions didn't cover.
  5. Clarifications: a few follow-up questions.

See Create a workspace.

Step 4: Read your Brand overview

When setup is finished, your workspace opens on the Brand overview. Read it, ask for changes where something isn't right, and approve the version you are happy with.

See Brand overview.

Step 5: Add your products, services and files

Add what you sell on the Products and Services pages, and upload your brand files in Media Assets. The more Aigio knows, the better it writes.

See Products and services and Media Assets.

Step 6: Build your brand foundation

Open Profiling & Engineering and start with Brand Foundation Strategy. Generate each sub-module, answer Aigio's questions, and approve the results. Other modules, documents and content build on it.

See Profiling & Engineering.

Step 7: Create documents and content

  • Open Reports & Documents for finished brand documents. See Reports & Documents.
  • Open Content Generation for posts, emails, ads and more. See Content Generation.
  • Open Tools for the 7 helpers, such as Content Calendar and Web Audit. See Tools.

Step 8: Plan and publish your posts

  1. Plan your social media posts in the Calendar. See Calendar.
  2. Connect your social media accounts in Social Accounts. See Social Accounts.
  3. Publish or schedule posts in Social Posts. See Social Posts.

Step 9: Invite your team

Invite the people you work with in Members. See Members and roles.
